Předmetem práce je reforma železničního sektoru v Rusku a faktorů, které tenhle proces ovlivňovali. V první části bude stručne rozebrán výchozí stav železničního sektoru v Rusku v období před reformou, následně pak samotnej reformní proces, jeho vývoj a současný stav.
