A Practical Study of Establishment of Commercial Corporations Including Commented Drafts of Legal Documents
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na popis jednotlivých kroků vedoucích k založení a vzniku obchodní společnosti s.r.o. Současně se práce zabývá komentářem vzorů relevantních dokumentů potřebných k řádnému založení společnosti. Cílem práce je vytvořit komplexní "příručku" pro založení obchodní korporace s.r.o. podle aktuální platné judikatury.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis focuses on the description of steps, leading to the establishment and creation of s.r.o. company. At the same time this work consist in commenting models of the relevant documents, necessary to a proper creation of the company.
