Performance anxiety - causes and elimination at elementary music school with a focus on violin playing

Abstract:

The bachelor's thesis discusses performance anxiety, its causes and ways to eliminate it, with a focus on the environment of an elementary art school and teaching the violin. The first chapter analyzes performance anxiety, its symptoms and biological processes. The second deals with causes from selected perspectives. The third chapter describes the possibilities of eliminating performance anxiety mainly by psychological, but also physical methods, it includes a focus on working with selected signs of stage fright in playing the violin.

Abstract:

Bakalárska práca pojednáva o tréme, jej príčinách a možnostiach odstraňovania so zameraním na prostredie základnej umeleckej školy a výučbu hry na husliach. Prvá kapitola analyzuje trému, jej symptómy a biologické procesy. Druhá sa zaoberá príčinami z vybraných hľadísk. Tretia kapitola popisuje možnosti eliminácie trémy najmä metódami psychologickými, ale aj fyzickými, jej súčasťou je zameranie sa na prácu so zvolenými prejavmi trémy v hre na husliach.
