Cílem této bakalářské práce bylo navrhnout a implementovat softwarový nástroj pro automatickou analýzu transmembránových proteinů – Pore Finder. The aim of this bachelor thesis was to develop a software tool for automatic analysis of transmembrane proteins. The developed program, Pore Finder, is capable of automatic analysis of transmembrane proteins with utilization of OPM and PDB databases where the core of the program is based on the WebChemistry API.
