Bakalářská práce se zabývá fotosenzitivními molekulami kryptochromy a jejich signální úlohou při řízení vnitřních rytmů a vnímání magnetického pole. Práce je tematicky rozdělena na dvě části, první pojednává o cirkadiánních rytmech, druhá o na světle závislé magnetorecepci. Abstract:
The bachelor thesis deals with photosensitive molecules cryptochromes and their signal role in controlling endogenous rhythms and detection of magnetic field. The thesis is thematically divided into two parts; circadian rhythms are the subject matter of the first one, magnetoreception of the second one.
