Abstract:

Práce pojednává o financování kultury a sportu z obecních rozpočtů. Nejprve se zabývá teoretickými přínosy kultury a sportu pro společnost a dále představuje možné zdroje financování kultury a sportu v České republice. Z praktického hlediska se zabývá podporou kultury a sportu ve městech Domažlice a Klatovy. Práce uvádí do jaké míry jsou obce podle zákona povinny financovat kulturu a sport a dále předkládá průměrné hodnoty finanční podpory těchto dvou oblastí v obcích České republiky. Popisuje a analyzuje výdaje dvou západočeských měst- Domažlic a Klatov- do oblasti kultury a sportu. Práce porovnává výdaje pro jednotlivce i pro organizace zabezpečující kulturní a sportovní akce a aktivity. Na závěr jsou nabídnuty návrhy na zlepšení současného stavu financování kultury a sportu.

Abstract:

The thesis deals with the financing of culture and sport from municipal budgets. First it shows the theoretical assets of culture and sport for our society and continues with presenting of possible sources for financing of culture and sport in the Czech Republic. From practical point of view it presents the subvention of culture and sport in the towns Domažlice and Klatovy. The thesis also mentions to which extend the municipalities are obliged to finance the culture and sport according to the law and continues with proposing the average valuations of financial subvention of these two sectors in the municipalities of Czech Republic. It describes and analyses the expenses of two west-bohemian towns- Domažlice and Klatovy- into the sector of culture and sport. The thesis compares the expenses of individuals and for the organisations running the cultural and sports events and activities. In conclusion there are suggestions for improvement of present status of financing of culture and sport offered.
