Effectiveness and efficiency of the business company based on the processing of the management income statement

Abstract:

Předmětem této bakalářské práce je zhodnocení ekonomické efektivnosti a účinnosti obchodní firmy na základě návrhu vhodného členění nákladů a následného sestavení manažerské výsledovky. Bakalářské práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části jsou definovány pojmy náklady a jejich členění, výnosy, efektivnost, účinnost, měření zisku a členění manažerských výsledovek. V praktické části je představená sledovaná obchodní firma, popis účetních zásad a stávajícího členění nákladů. Následně je navrženo nové členění nákladů, manažerská výsledovka a na závěr je proveden výpočet ekonomické efektivnosti a účinnosti.

Abstract:

The subject of the bachelor thesis is the evaluation of the economic efficiency and effectiveness of a business company based on the suggestion of a suitable breakdown of costs and the subsequent compilation of a management income statement. The bachelor thesis is divided into a theoretical part and a practical part. In the theoretical part are defined the concepts of costs and their breakdown, revenues, margins, profit, effectiveness, efficiency, profit measurement and breakdown of management income statements. In practical part is presented the monitored business company, as well as a description of the accounting principles of the current of costs. Subsequently, a new breakdown of costs, a management income statement is proposed, and at the end, a calculation of economic efficiency and effectiveness is carried out.
