Vytvoření Izraele v květnu 1948 zahájilo na Blízkém východě éru vzájemné izraelsko-arabské nesnášenlivosti a válečných střetů. The establishment of Israel in May 1948 began the era of Arab-Israeli hatered and wars in the Middle East. These events have created problematic points in Israeli-Arab, especially in Israeli-Palestinian, relations, which have become fundamental obstacles in the way of reaching a peace agreement in the future.
