Cílem práce bylo seznámit se s principem dermální expozice a s tvorbou PBPK modelů a jejich možnostech při posouzení rizik cytotoxických léčiv. Cytotoxická protinádorobá léčiva se používají při léčbě rakoviny. Jsou to léky s významnými toxickými vlastnostmi pro lidský organismus. Abstract:
The aim of my work was to inform the reader about the principle of dermal exposition and creation of PBPK models and their possible use for evaluation the risk of cytotoxic drugs. Cytotoxic anticancer drugs are used for cancer treatment. These drugs are very toxic for a human organism.
