Modern approaches to motivating Loading Systems employees in an international environment

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá moderními přístupy k motivaci zaměstnanců ve firmě Loading Systems v mezinárodním prostředí. V teoretické části jsou popsány různé teorie motivace, konkrétní motivující nástroje a vedení lidí v organizacích. Dále se práce zaměřuje na opatření hodnotícího a motivačního programu, klady a zápory zvyšování platů a strategické kroky, které mohou organizace podniknout, aby si udržely své zaměstnance. V praktické části se autor zabývá představením společnosti Loading Systems CZ a provede dotazníkové šetření ohledně motivace v této firmě. Na základě výsledků výzkumu budou navržena doporučení pro zlepšení motivace v této firmě.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with modern approaches to motivating employees in Loading Systems company in an international environment. The theoretical part describes various motivation theories, specific motivating tools, and leadership in organizations. The thesis also focuses on measures of evaluation and motivation programs, pros and cons of salary increases, and strategic steps that organizations can take to retain their employees. In the practical part, the author presents Loading Systems CZ company and conducts a questionnaire survey regarding motivation in this company. Based on the research results, recommendations for improving motivation in this company will be proposed.
