VAT evasion

Abstract:

Cílem této bakalářské práce je analyzovat daňové úniky na DPH se zaměřením na výskyt karuselových podvodů. Cíle bude dosaženo analýzou dat z Olomouckého kraje za roky 2020, 2021 a 2022 a zhodnocení výše a počtu doměrků DPH podle článku podvodného řetězce, kterému byla DPH doměřena. Analýza se bude taktéž zabývat tím, jaký efekt na vzniklé doměrky měla lehká a těžká analytika kontrolních hlášení. Dílčími cíli této práce jsou popis typů daňových úniků a nástrojů k boji proti nim.

Abstract:

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to analyze VAT evasion with a focus on the occurrence of carousel fraud. The goal will be achieved by analyzing data from the Olomouc region for the years 2020, 2021 and 2022 and evaluating the amount and number of VAT asessments according to the subject of the fraudulent chain to which the VAT was assesed. The analysis will also del with what effect the light and heavy analysis of control statements had on the resulting final asessments.The partial goals of this thesis are the description of the types of tax evasion and the tools to combat them.
