Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou managementu kvality, zejména TQM a normou ISO/IEC 20000. V druhé části je provedena analýza Ústavu výpočetní techniky MU z pohledu naplnění požadavků zmíněného standardu. Dále je navrženo zlepšení.
Abstract:
The diploma thesis focuses on quality management, particularly TQM and ISO/IEC 20000. In the second part was performed analysis of Institute of Computer Science MU from the perspective of fulfilling the requirements of that standard. Next were suggested improvements.
