Asylum Policy in the Czech Republic
Abstract:
Předložená bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na azylovou politiku v rámci České republiky. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části jsou vymezeny základní pojmy azylové a migrační politiky a její vývoj. Současně je uvedena vízová politika, azylová zařízení v ČR a legislativní rámec. Praktická část se zabývá metodologií a cílem šetření bakalářské práce.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis focuses on asylum policy within the Czech Republic. The thesis consists of the theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part defines the basic concepts of asylum and migration policy and its development. At the same time visa policy, asylum facilities in Czech Republic and legislative framework of asylum. The practical part deals with the methodology and aim of the research …more
