The specifics of working with particularly vulnerable victims of crime
Abstract:
Diplomová práce popisuje přístup ke zvlášť zranitelným obětem trestných činů z pohledu odborné veřejnosti. Dále pojednává o systému a možnosti pomoci těmto osobám z pohledu zákona č. 45/2013 Sb., o obětech trestných činů, prostřednictvím různých subjektů poskytovatelů pomoci a to zejména Policií České republiky, Bílého kruhu bezpečí, z.s. a Probační a mediační služby.
Abstract:
The thesis describes the approach to especially vulnerable victims of crime from the point of view of the professional public. It also discusses the system and the possibilities to help these persons from the point of view of Act No. 45/2013 Coll., On Victims of Crime, through various bodies of assistance providers, namely the Police of the Czech Republic, the White Circle of Safety and the Probation …more
