Abstract:
Práce se zabývá problematikou manipulace s biologickým materiálem v práci všeobecné sestry. Jedná se především o manipulaci se vzorky biologického materiálu určeného k laboratorní diagnostice, zahrnující odebírání, skladování a transport vzorků do laboratoře. Práce se okrajově zabývá také manipulací s kontaminovaným materiálem tak, aby se zamezilo přenosu nozokomiálních, či profesionálních nákaz. Praktická …more
Abstract:
The thesis focuses on the manipulation with a biological material in nursing practice. The most discussed issue is the problem of the manipulation with samples of the biological material for laboratory diagnostics, which includes sampling, storage and transport of the material to the laboratory.
