Security in Usti nad Labem

Abstract:

Tématem diplomové práce je bezpečnost v Ústí nad Labem. Jedná se o aktuální téma, jelikož obyvatelé města Ústí nad Labem se potýkají s řadou bezpečnostních problémů, jako je nezaměstnanost, vysoká kriminalita či vyloučené lokality. Cílem mé práce, konkrétně teoretické části, je vysvětlit, co to vlastně bezpečnost je a jaké pojmy s bezpečností úzce souvisí, dále popsat historický vývoj města Ústí nad Labem, bezpečnostní problémy města Ústí nad Labem, jeho sociálně demografickou analýzu, vysvětlit fungování integrovaného záchranného systému, v poslední části bude popsána bezpečnostní strategie města Ústí nad Labem. Cílem praktické části je provést výzkum mezi obyvateli města Ústí nad Labem se zaměřením na jejich vnímání bezpečnosti ve zdejším regionu. Získaná data budou následně analyzována a porovnána s daty získanými v teoretické části. Ke zpracování teoretické části zvolím metodu analýzy literárních pramenů, tedy budu čerpat informace z odborných učebnic a internetových článků, jež se zabývají bezpečností. Ke z pracování praktické části využiji výzkum. Jako zdroj k získání informací výzkumu bude využito metody dotazníkového šetření, pomocí kterého získám subjektivních pohled na bezpečnost od dotázaných obyvatel Ústí nad Labem. Na konci práce použiji metodu srovnávání získaných dat z praktické a teoretické části.

Abstract:

The theme of the diploma thesis is security in Usti nad Labem. One is about the current issu, as residents of Usti nad Labem face a security problems such as unemployment, high crime rates or excluded locations. Aim of my work, specifically the theory part is to explain what safety is and what concepts are closely related to security, further describe historical development of the city Usti nad Labem, the security problems, its socio-demographic analysis, explain the function of the integrated rescue system. In the last part will be described security strategies of Usti nad Labem. The practical part aims to conduct research among residents of the city, focusing on their perceptions of security in the region. All data will be analysed and compared with data obtained in the theoretical section. To process the theoretical part, I will choose to use method of analysing from literary sources, specialised books, internet articles that deals with security. I will use research to process the practical part. As resource to obtain research information, the method of the questionnarie inquiry will be used to help to get subjective view of security from the people questioned in Usti nad Labem. At the end I will use the method of comparing the data obtained with the practical and theory part.
