Tato práce nás seznamuje v teoretické části s neziskovými organizacemi. Poté se soustřeďuje na program EU CONCERTO, kde je blíže představen projekt Energy in Minds! (Mysli na energii!). This thesis is related to the problems of eligible costs of project `Energy in Minds{\crq} carried out within the European Union program Concerto.
