Changes in the biomechanics of lower limb movement during cutting maneuver when using kinesio tape and orthosis

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá změnami biomechaniky pohybu dolní končetiny s využitím kompenzačních pomůcek při provádění cutting manévru u vrcholových hráčů a hráček florbalu s poraněním ligamentum cruciatum anterius. Cílem práce je prostřednictvím teoretických východisek a komparace výstupního momentu síly působícího na kyčelní, kolenní a hlezenní kloub za pomoci využití kinetické analýzy určit vliv kineziotejpu a ortézy na změny biomechaniky poraněné dolní končetiny při náhlé změně směru. Výzkumný soubor byl tvořen 12 probandy (6 mužů, 6 žen), s poraněním ligamentum cruciatum anterius. Výsledky studie značí statisticky významné rozdíly mezi pohlavím při použití ortézy a kineziotejpu pouze u minimálního momentu působícího na kyčelní kloub v sagitální rovině a momentu působícího v posledním kontaktu na kyčelní kloub v sagitální rovině při použití ortézy. Velký věcně významný rozdíl byl zjištěn u momentů působících na kyčelní, kolenní a hlezenní kloub v sagitální i frontální rovině.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis deals with the changes of the movement biomechanics of lower limb using compensatory aids during performing a cutting maneuver for top men and women floorball players with injury of ligamentum cruciatum anterius. The aim of the thesis is to determine the influence of kinesiotape and orthosis on the changes of the biomechanics of injured lower limb by the sudden change of direction, using theoretical bases, comparison of the output force moment acting on the hip, knee and ankle joints and kinetic analysis. The research set consisted of 12 probands (6 males, 6 females) with an injury of ligamentum cruciatum anterius. The results of the study indicate statistically significant differences between gender in the use of orthosis and kinesiotape only at the minimum moment acting on the hip joint in the sagitall plane and the moment acting in the last contact on the hip joint in the sagitall plane using the orthosis. A large factually significant differences were found in the hip, knee and ankle joint moments in the sagitall and frontall plane.
