Abstract:
Diplomová práce pojednává o místech exekucí na západní Moravě. V teoretické části se věnuje dějinám bádání o šibenicích, dále vývoji trestního práva na západní Moravě a relevantním mapovým pramenům. V praktické části se zaměřuje na jednotlivé lokality, které popisuje a podává zprávu o vývoji jednotlivých soudnictví v daných městech. The Master´s thesis deals with places of execution in western Moravia. The theoretical part involves the history of research on gallows, the development of criminal law in western Moravia and relevant map sources.
