Optimization of performance of stochastic soft-tissue modeling in SOFA
Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá použitím datové asimilace v simulacích měkkých tkání. Práce implementuje integrační plugin mezi SOFA a Verdandi frameworkem, který umožňuje paralelní vyhodnocení sampling fáze. Současně navrhuje použití preconditionerů za účelem dalšího urychlení sampling phase.
Abstract:
The thesis focuses on use of data assimilation in soft tissue modeling. It implements an integration plugin between Verdandi and SOFA, which allows for parallel execution of the sampling phase of ROUKF. Last but not least, it also proposes the use of preconditioners for even faster computation of the sampling phase.
