Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá možnostmi využití finanční podpory z fondů Evropské unie pro podporu rozvoje lidských zdrojů v organizaci a přínosem této pomoci pro rozvoj lidských zdrojů v organizaci. V teoretické části se práce věnuje vysvětlení pojmů a teoretickým východiskům spojeným s lidskými zdroji, se vzděláváním zaměstnanců a s důvody potřeby rozvoje lidských zdrojů. V teoretické části jsou dále uvedeny základní pojmy související s problematikou fondů Evropské unie, s politikou hospodářské a sociální soudržnosti, s důvody, proč je v rámci Evropské unie podporováno celoživotní vzdělávání obyvatel. Praktická část práce vysvětluje proces čerpání finančních prostředků z vybraného strukturálního fondu Evropské unie, v oblasti podpory rozvoje lidských zdrojů, a to na příkladu vzdělávacího programu v konkrétní společnosti XY. V závěru práce je provedeno vyhodnocení možností využití a přínosu zkoumané podpory směřované do rozvoje lidských zdrojů, a to na příkladu společnosti XY.

Abstract:

The present thesis focuses on various possibilities of financial resources from the EU funds for the support of human resources in organisation; also, with the benefit of this human resources support in organisation. The theoretical part of this bachelor thesis explains the terms involved and theoretical solutions when it comes to human resources, staff training and reasons for the needs of human resources development. There are also listed key terms of EU funds, of EU economic and social cohesion policy and the reasons why the EU supports the lifelong education of the population. The practical part of the thesis presents the process of the absorption of chosen EU fund for the support of human resources via the educational programme in the specific XY company’s example. In the conclusion, the author evaluates the possibilities of the use and its benefits of the support of human resources from EU funds, again on the XY company’s example.
