Business plan for establishing a new business and its evaluation

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá vytvořením podnikatelského plánu na založení společnosti Dogsitters s.r.o. Tato společnost nabízí služby hlídání a venčení psů, společně s prodejem moderních psích bud, které jsou vyráběny na míru. Práce je rozdělena na dvě hlavní části, a to na část teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část je zaměřena na základní pojmy z oblasti podnikání, na strukturu podnikatelského plánu, na marketingové analýzy a finanční plán. Praktická aplikace podnikatelského plánu je rozdělena na část marketingovou, finanční a následné vyhodnocení podnikatelského plánu. V práci je sestaven konkrétní návrh podnikatelského plánu, společně s jeho vyhodnocením, zdali je projekt realizovatelný, a to na základě ukazatele bodu zvratu, rentability tržeb, doby návratnosti a efektivnosti investice.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis is dealing with the creation of a business plan for the establishment of Dogsitters s.r.o. This company offers dog sitting and walking services, together with the sale of modern dog houses, which are custom made. The thesis is divided in two main parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part is focused on the basic concepts of business, the structure of the business plan, marketing analysis and financial plan. The practical application of the business plan is divided into marketing, financial and subsequent evaluation of the business plan. The thesis compiles a specific proposal for a business plan, together with its evaluation of whether the project is feasible, based on the indicator of the turning point, profitability of sales, payback period and investment efficiency.
