Cílem diplomové práce bylo popsat aspekty týkající se autenticity vína a co nejvíce přiblížit tuto problematiku. Základem pro možnosti autentifikace vín je jeho chemické složení a především prvkové složení dané jeho geografickým původem. The objective of this thesis was to describe aspects involved in wine authenticity and to expound this issue as much as possible. The basis for wine authentication is wine's chemical composition, and particularly its ele-ment composition determined by geographic origin.
