Abstract:

V ekonometrii se pro sledování ekonomických veličin a vztahů mezi nimi používají různé matematicko-statistické metody. Cílem ekonometrie je ověření ekonomických teorií pomocí pozorovatelských dat či odhalení nových kvalitních vztahů mezi procesy. Ekonometrie je prolnutí matematiky, statistiky a ekonomie. Díky tomu máme tři základní oblasti použití. První je popis ekonomických realit (matematická a statistická formulace ekonomické teorie pomocí modelového přístupu). Další je testování hypotéz o ekonomické realitě (navrhování nebo modifikací odhadových a testovacích metod i výpočetních technik, vhodných pro ekonomické modely a empirická data). Poslední je aplikace ekonomických modelů a metod v jednotlivých oblastech ekonomické teorie a praxe, předpovídání budoucí ekonomické aktivity. Ekonometrické funkce pak můžeme rozdělit jako jedno-rovnicové nebo více-rovnicové. Do více-rovnicových funkcí spadá i náš problém a to simultánní rovnice Modelem simultánních rovnic můžeme sledovat vztahy mezi poptávkou a nabídkou. Prvním cílem práce bude prostudovat vybrané partie z ekonometrie věnované různým typům simultánních rovnic. K řešení se používá např. zobecněná metoda nejmenších čtverců, metoda maximální věrohodnosti. Lze ale také použít regresní modely s podmínkou. Dalším cílem práce bude vytvořit program umožňující zadání simultánních rovnic, numerický výpočet odhadu řešení a odhadu přesnosti řešení. Výpočty v modelech simultánních rovnic jsou demonstrovány na modelování vztahu mezi nabídkou a poptávkou u nově stavěných bytů. Jako vysvětlující proměnné budou zvoleny průměrná mzda v regionu, vzdálenost ke krajskému městu, míra nezaměstnanosti v regionu, úroková míra, cena pozemku.

Abstract:

In econometrics for monitoring economic variables and relationships between them using different statistical methods. The aim is to verify econometrics econometric theory using observation data or to uncover new quality of relations between processes. Econometrics is a blend of mathematics, statics and economics. This gives us three basic areas use. First the description of economic realities (mathematical and statistical formulation of economic theory using model approach). Another is testing hypotheses about economic reality (the design or modification of estimation and testing methods and computational techniques, suitable for economic models and empirical data). The last is an application of econometric models and methods in various areas of economic theory and practice, forecasting future economic activity. Econometric functions can then be divided as single-equation or multi-equation. Function comes to multi-equation and our problem and simultaneous equations. A model of simultaneous equations, we see the relationships between supply and demand. First objective will be to study selected parts of econometrics devoted to different types of simultaneous equations. The solution is used eg. Generalized least squares method, maximum likelihood method. You can also use the regression models with the condition. Another aim will be to create a program that allows assignment of simultaneous equations, numerical estimation solutions and estimate accurate solutions. The real task may be given to the relationship of supply and demand of newly-built flats, when an explanatory variable can be selected, the average wage in the region, the distance to a regional city, the unemployment rate in the region, the interest rate, the price of land.built homes, while for explanatory variables can be selected, the average wage in the region, the distance of the county town, the unemployment rate in the region, the interest rate, the price of land.
