Abstract:

Předkládaná bakalářská práce je zaměřena na tématiku extremofilních organismů. V teoretické části popisuje dosavadní informace o konkrétní problematice. Zaměřuje se především na popis možných podmínek života v extrémních podmínkách jak pro člověka tak i jiné organismy. Ve výzkumné části autorka shrnuje poznatky z dotazníkového šetření provedeného u studentů středních škol. První část výzkumu je specifikována na získání informací ohledně povědomí studentů o problematice daného tématu. Druhá část výzkumu je zaměřena na zajímavost daného tématu a možné zapojení tématiky do vyučování. Výzkum byl proveden i na učitelském sboru. První část výzkumu měla zhodnotit informovanost učitelů o daném tématu. Druhá část výzkumu měla zjistit zajímavost daného tématu pro učitele a ochotu zapojit dané téma do výuky.

Abstract:

The present bachelor´s thesis is focused on the theme of extremophile organisms. The theoretical part describes the current information on a particular issue. It focuses mainly on the description of the possible conditions of life in extreme conditions for both humans and other organisms. In the research of the author summarizes the findings from a questionnaire survey conducted among high school students. The first part of the research is specified to obtain information about the students' awareness of the issue of the topic. The second part of the research focuses on the interest of the topic and the possible involvement issues into the classroom. The research was conducted on the faculty. The first part of the research was to assess the awareness of teachers about the topic. The second part of the research aimed to identify the topic of interest for teachers and willingness to engage in teaching the topic.
