Cílem této práce je vytvoření koncepce Údržby 4.0 a analýza managementu údržby ve Škoda Auto a.s. s přihlédnutím k výzvě Průmysl 4.0. Úvodní část obsahuje stručný a přehledný popis výzvy Průmysl 4.0 a stávajícího managementu údržby v průmyslu.
