Proposal of motivational system of remuneration of employees with regard to the tax aspects
Abstract:
Práce je zaměřena na posouzení mzdového a odměňovacího systému vybraného podniku. Pomocí zvolených metod, je zhodnocen současný mzdový a benefitní systém společnosti z hlediska funkčnosti, daňových výhod a spokojenosti zaměstnanců. Výsledky průzkumu jsou podkladem pro návrh nového motivačního systému v podniku.
Abstract:
The thesis is focused on review of compensation and remuneration system of an actual company. The objective is to review the current system of salary and benefits from point of view of functionality, tax optimization, and employee satisfaction. The survey results are a basis for recommendation of a new, more optimized incentive plan in the company.
