Abstract:
Cílem této bakalářské práce byl vývoj pluginů, tedy rozšíření pro 3D vizualizační programy. Pokud to dané aplikace podporují, lze do nich s použitím těchto pluginů přidat novou funkcionalitu. Já jsem vyvinul rozšíření dvou výpočetních nástrojů vyvíjených v Národním centru pro výzkum biomolekul - databáze ValidatorDB a programu MOLE. Abstract:
The aim of this bachelor thesis was to develop extensions for 3D macromolecular visualization software so called plugins. Using these plugins one can effectively add a novel functionality into a third party application, in case it is supported by the application.
