Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá obchodní firmou v českém právu, zejména pak její právní ochranou, poskytovanou občanským zákoníkem. Je v ní rozebrán systém absolutní ochrany firmy podle & 12 ObchZ i systém ochrany relativní podle ustanovení ObchZ o nekalé soutěži. Kromě vlastní ochrany firmy se stručně zabývá také ochranou jmen a názvů podnikatelů nemajících firmu a některými dalšími otázkami firemního práva …more
Abstract:
This work deals with questions of legal protection of the business firm (trade name). It analyses both the absolute and the relative protection system, provided by the Commercial Code, as well as some other questions, related to the trade name.
