Tato diplomová práce se zabývá tématem Mezinárodní kontrabasová setkání a soutěže v Brně. První část práce se věnuje počátkům koncertního hraní na kontrabas, prvním sólistům a dále pak historii brněnské kontrabasové školy a jejím pedagogům. Po té jsou zde rozebrány jednotlivé soutěžní ročníky a jejich průběh - seznam porotců, výběr ze soutěžního repertoáru, který měli soutěžící k dispozici, životopisy …more

This thesis deals with the theme of International double bass conventions and competitions in Brno. The first part of the work is devoted to the beginnings of life double bass performances, which are considered to be a part of the Brno double bass schools.
