Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou péče o zaměstnance ve vybrané společnosti Všeobecný lékař CZ. Cílem práce je zanalyzovat stávající systém péče o zaměstnance, zjistit případné nedostatky a formulovat doporučení k jeho zlepšení. V teoretické části jsou shrnuty aktuální teoretické poznatky, které se týkají zkoumané problematiky. V této části jsou popsány dílčí složky péče o zaměstnance, dále motivace a stabilizace zaměstnanců v souvislosti se zaměstnaneckými benefity. V praktické části je nejprve představena samotná firma Všeobecný lékař CZ, následně je provedena analýza současného systému péče o zaměstnance. Potřebná data k získání představy o poskytované péči byla čerpána na základě rozhovorů s majitelkou společnosti a personálně mzdovou ředitelkou. Součástí praktické části je dotazníkové šetření, jehož cílem bylo zhodnocení spokojenosti zaměstnanců s dosavadním systémem péče o zaměstnance. Společnost byla s výsledky šetření obeznámena a bylo ji navrženo několik doporučení, které mohou být nápomocny ke zlepšení motivace a vyšší spokojenosti pracovníků.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with the issues of employee care in a selected company Všeobecný lékař CZ. The aims of the work are to analyze the current system of employee care, identify any shortcomings, and formulate recommendations for its improvement. The theoretical part summarizes the current theoretical knowledge that relates to the researched issues. This section describes the partial components of employee care, as well as the motivation and stabilization of employees in connection with employee benefits. In the practical part, the company Všeobecný lékař CZ is introduced, followed by an analysis of the current system of employee care. The necessary data to obtain an idea of care was drawn based on interviews with the owner of the company and the personally payroll director. Part of the practical part is a questionnaire survey, the aim of which was to evaluate employee satisfaction with the current system of employee care. The company was acquainted with the results of the survey and several recommendations were proposed, which may help improve motivation and higher employee satisfaction.
