V této práci jsem se zaměřila na základní a funkční rentgenové zobrazování páteře, které jsou pro určení diagnózy nezbytně nutné. Obsahem první části práce je zpracování teoretických podkladů související s radiodiagnostickým zobrazováním páteře. In this work I focused on basic and functional X-ray imaging of the spine, which are essential to the diagnosis. The content of the first part is the theoretical basis related with diagnostic imaging of the spine.
