The character of a building density of a municipality and its influence on local economics(capital and operational costs) on the example of selected municipality

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá charakterem zástavby a jejím vlivem na místní ekonomiku. Zprvu pojednává o základním členění města, jednotlivých typech prostorových struktur a jejich stručným popisem. Praktická část práce se snaží na vybraném příkladu města vytvořit prostorovou a ekonomickou analýzu jednotlivých typů prostorových struktur a zjistit, jaké ekonomické nároky klade na municipální rozpočet.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with the character of built-up area and their influence on local ekonomy. Initially the work is concerning with the basic structure of the city, particular types of spatial structures and their description. The participal part of the work consist of the spatial and economic analysis from the point of view of spatial structures in the particular city and finds which economic demands are placed on municipal budget.
