Bakalářská práce se zabývá vlivem těžkých kovů na rychlost růstu zelených sladkovodních řas Desmodesmus subspicatus. V práci je uveden přehled ekotoxikologických biotestů s důrazem kladeným na testy s producenty. Krátce je také zmíněn biologický a ekologický význam řas. Abstract:
The aim of this Bachelor's thesis is to study the influence of heavy metals on the growth rate of the freshwater green alga Desmodesmus subspicatus. The thesis provides an overview of ecotoxicological bioassays with emphasis on tests with producers. Biological and ecological importance of algae is also briefly mentioned in the text.
