Tenké vrstvy se používají v různých průmyslových odvětvích. Ve strojírenství jsou to typicky TiAlN vrstvy. V této bakalářské práci se věnujeme přípravě TiAlON povlaků, které jsou potenciální náhradou TiAlN. Abstract:
Thin films are used in various industrial sectors. In mechanical engineering, TiAlN films are typically used. In this bachelor’s thesis, we focus on the preparation of TiAlON coatings, which are a potential replacement for TiAlN.
