Abstract:
Práce je věnovaná vývoji nových mikrosatelitových markerů pro Salvia pratensis coby modelový druh středoevropských suchých trávníků a testování jejich variability u zástupců 4 populací. Markery byly vyvíjeny za účelem využití v dalším výzkumu zaměřeném na fylogeografii společenstev suchých trávníků a jejich postglaciální migraci.
