Bakalářská práce se zabývá vzděláváním pracovníků na oddělení zprostředkování a podpor v nezaměstnanosti na Úřadě práce ČR ve Zlínském kraji. Teoretická část objasňuje pojmy vzdělávání dospělých, vzdělávací potřeby. Zabývá se formami a metodami vzdělávání, mo-tivací a bariérami vzdělávání. Dále popisuje vzdělávání úředníků. This diploma thesis deals with education of officers in the Department of Job Arrangement and Support in Unemployment at the Labour Office of the CR in Zlín region.
