The influence of noise sensitivity on environmental sounds evaluation

Ve své práci se zabývám tím, jak lidé vnímají a hodnotí různé typy environmentálních zvukových prostředí (sonosfér). Lidé mají tendenci hodnotit přírodní zvuky (zvuk tekoucí vody, zpěv ptáků) spíše jako pozitivní, technické zvuky (zvuk dopravy, strojů) spíše jako negativní, zvuky, které vydávají lidé (mluva, křik dětí), posuzují spíše neutrálně. Abstract:
This paper is studing perception and evaluation of a several types on environmental sounds (soundscapes). People tend to evaluate on natural sounds (sound of water, birds singing) rather positively. They tend to evaluate on technical sounds (sound of traffic, sound of machines) rather negatively and sounds of people (speaking, shouting of children) as rahter neutral.
