Abstract:
První část práce je věnována vlastnostem kofeinu v lidském organismu. Druhá část práce se zabývá stanovením kofeinu v biologických vzorcích, využívající plynovou chromatografii, extrakci kapalina-kapalina, extrakci a mikroextrakci tuhou fází.
Abstract:
The first part of this bachelor thesis is focused on properties of caffeine in human organism. The second part describes determination of caffeine in biological samples using high performance liquid chromatography, liquid-liquid extraction, solid phase extraction or solid phase microextraction.
