The influence of physioterapy to life with multiple sclerosis

Abstract:

Práce pojednává o autoimunitním onemocnění roztroušené skleróze. Je to onemocnění chronické a postihuje centrální nervový systém zánětlivým procesem, jehož důsledkem je demyelinizace a axonální léze. Práce je rozdělena na část obecnou, speciální a kazuistiku. Část obecná pojednává o aspektech onemocnění, jako je příčina vzniku, klinické příznaky, diagnostika a léčba. Část speciální je pak zaměřena na fyzioterapeutické přístupy a fyzikální terapii, které se dají využít u diagnózy RS. Stanovila jsem cíle a úkoly práce. V kazuistice potom uvádím záznam a popis rehabilitace, která probíhala po dobu dvou měsíců.

Abstract:

The work deals with the autoimmune disease multiple sclerosis. It is a chronic disease and affects the cental nervous system inflammatory process, resulting in demyelination and axonal lesions. The work is divided into a general, special and a case report. Part deals with general aspects of the disease as the cause of, clinical symptoms, diagnosis and treatment. Special part is focused on physiotherapy and physical therapy approaches that can be used for diagnosis of MS. I set goals and work tasks. In the case study, then, present a record and description of rehabilitation, which ran for two months.
