Tato práce se zabývá otázkou, zda proevropský trend platí i na zemské úrovni, jmenovitě na půdě dolnosaského sněmu. Práce srovnává postoje obou nejsilnějších stran v daném časovém období v různých tématech, ale snaží se i zodpovědět otázku, zda vztahy k Evropské unii dané politické strany v dolnosaském sněmu nezávisí na její roli v daném funkčním období. This thesis deals with the question, if the pro-European opinion of both parties is valid also on regional level, in my case in the Low Saxon Parliament. The thesis compares the attitudes and behaviour of both strongest parties in the different topics during selected period.
