Komunikace se čtečkou otisků prstů v jazyce Java

Communication with Fingerprint Scanner from Java
Abstract:
This thesis aims to using reverse engineering determine a protocol that a Futronic FS 80 fingerprint scanner uses when communicating with a computer via USB. It includes a description of the USB protocol and means of communication with USB devices from the Java programming language. It also contains description of the protocol implementation and comparison with the provided proprietary library.
Abstract:
Cieľom tejto práce je pomocou reverzného inžinierstva určiť protokol, ktorým s počítačom komunikuje USB čítačka odtlačkov prstov Futronic FS 80. Je v nej rozobraný princíp fungovania protokolu USB a možnosti komunikácie s USB zariadeniami v programovacom jazyku Java. Ďalej obsahuje popis samotnej implementácie protokolu a porovnanie s dodávanou proprietárnou knižnicou.
