Abstract:
Teoretickým cílem práce je podat přehled aktuálních poznatků o diverzitě, rovnosti a inkluzi na pracovišti. Praktickým cílem práce je zjistit postoj a přístup konkrétních společností k myšlence prosazování diverzity na pracovišti, analyzovat současnou situaci v daných společnostech a případně navrhnout zlepšení současného stavu.

The theoretical aim of the thesis is to provide an overview of current knowledge on diversity, equality and inclusion in the workplace. The practical aim of the thesis is to identify the attitude and approach of specific companies to the idea of promoting diversity in the workplace, to analyse the current situation in these companies and, if necessary, to suggest improvements to the current situation …more
