Personal issues of restaurant staff
Abstract:
Předmětem této bakalářské práce je analýza současné situace personální problematiky v restauračním provozu se zaměřením na sociální podniky. Pozornost je soustředěna identifikaci přínosů a rizik spojených se zaměstnáváním sociálně vyloučených skupin obyvatelstva. Na základě, které jsou navrženy změny a doporučení v oblasti řízení lidských zdrojů a řízení marketingového plánu společností.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis aims at analysis of the current situation of personnel problematics in restaurant operation, with focus on social enterprises. It pays attention to identifying benefits and risks associated with employing socially excluded groups. Based on that, changes and recommendations are proposed in the field of human resources management and marketing plan management.
