Abstract:
Cílem této bakalářské práce je popsat a vysvětlit fungování dvoustranného trhu a uvést příklady protisoutěžního chování na trhu platebních karet ve vztahu k tomuto trhu. První kapitola je zaměřena na vymezení dvoustranného trhu a problémy či výhody, které tento typ trhu přináší. Dále jsou popsána stávající pravidla, která na tomto trhu fungují.
