The purpose of this thesis is to determine the satisfaction levels and loyalty of employees in selected areas of a particular bank and to propose steps and recommendations leading to improvements and the removal of any perceived shortcomings . Cieľom bakalárskej práce je zistiť mieru spokojnosti zamestnancov vo vybraných oblastiach v banke a navrhnúť kroky a odporúčania vedúce k prípadnému zlepšeniu resp. k odstráneniu zistených nedostatkov.
