The influence of molecular weight of hyaluronan derivative on its physico-chemical properties

Abstract:

Tato práce se věnuje syntéze derivátu kyseliny hyalurové pomocí anhydridu kyseliny hexanové a studiem vlivu molekulové hmotnosti tohoto derivátu na jeho fyzikálně chemické vlastnosti. Teoretická část se věnuje kyselině hyaluronové obecně a je zde také řešena problematika týkající se acylací polysacharidů včetně kyseliny hyaluronové. V experimentální části je popsána syntéza derivátu spolu s jeho charakterizací pomocí vybraných analytických metod.

Abstract:

This work is focused on modification of hyaluronan with hexanoyl anhydride and study of the influence of molecular weight of this derivative of its physicochemical properties. The theoretical part deals with general information about hyaluronic acid and is also focused on acylation of polysaccharides, including hyaluronic acid. The experimental part describes the synthesis of derivatives along with their characterization by different analytical methods.
