V této bakalářské práci se věnuji mikroprostředí kostní dřeně a sekundárních lymfatických orgánů a jeho významu v rezistenci B buněčných malignit na chemo-imuno terapii. Maligní B lymfocyty interagují se stromálními buňkami mikroprostředí, které jim dodávají signály nezbytné pro jejich přežití a proliferaci. Abstract:
In this thesis, I focus on the bone marrow and secondary lymphoid organs microenvironment and its role in the resistence of B cell malignancies to chemo-immuno therapy. Malignant B lymphocytes interact with stromal cells in the microenvironment, which provide them essential signals for their survival and proliferation.
