Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou vzdělávání lidských zdrojů a tím, jaké schopnosti a dovednosti kurýrů lze zlepšit. Podniky, které investují do vzdělávání svých zaměstnanců, mohou být pro budoucí zaměstnance atraktivnějšími zaměstnavateli. Vzdělávání pomáhá kurýrům rozvíjet jejich osobnost a kariérní ambice. Cílem této bakalářské práce je identifikovat míru a vhodnost vzdělanosti zaměstnanců kurýrních služeb a najít vhodná doporučení zdrojů financování. Aplikační část práce se zaměřuje na výsledky z kvantitativního a kvalitativního šetření, kterými jsou dotazníkové šetření a polostrukturované rozhovory. Práce čerpá data a informace z databáze CRIBIS. Pomocí těchto dat je zjištěno, jaké finanční zdraví mají pozorované kurýrní společnosti. Dále je zjištění, že většina kurýrních společností financuje vzdělávání svých zaměstnanců z vlastních zdrojů. Kurýři jsou často najímáni jako externí pracovníci, to znamená, že tyto společnosti nemají přímou kontrolu nad vzděláváním svých řidičů. Přestože jsou kurýři najímáni, stále jsou pro zákazníky tváří dané značky, což znamená, že vzdělávání a rozvoj jejich dovedností může mít významný dopad na celkovou kvalitu služeb poskytovaných kurýrních společností. Na základě výsledku šetření je navrženo opatření a doporučení pro jednoznačné a souhrnné zkoumání této oblasti.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of human resource education and the skills and abilities that couriers can improve. Companies that invest in the education of their employees can be more attractive employers for future employees. Education helps couriers develop their personality and career ambitions. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to identify the extent and suitability of the education of courier service employees and to find suitable recommendations for financing sources. The application part of the thesis focuses on the results of quantitative and qualitative surveys, which are questionnaire surveys and semi-structured interviews. The thesis draws data and information from the CRIBIS database. Using this data, it is determined what financial health observed courier companies have. In addition, it is found that most courier companies finance the education of their employees from their own resources. Couriers are often hired as external workers, meaning that these companies do not have direct control over the education of their drivers. Although couriers are hired, they are still the face of the brand for customers, which means that educating and developing their skills can have a significant impact on the overall quality of services provided by courier companies. Based on the results of the survey, measures and recommendations are proposed for a clear and comprehensive study of this area.
