The subject of this bachelor thesis is a comparison of language structures expressing causation in tabloid and serious press. While in the theoretical part the possibilities of expressing causality in the German language are defined and rebuilt, the practical part deals with the frequency of occurrence and qualitative differences of causal structures in online corpora of selected media. Předmětem této bakalářské práce je srovnání jazykových struktur vyjadřujících příčinný poměr v bulvárním a seriózním tisku. Zatímco v teoretické části jsou definovány a přestaveny možnosti vyjádření příčinnosti v německém jazyce, praktická část se zabývá četností výskytu i kvalitativními rozdíly příčinných struktur v online korpusech vybraných médií.
